End Plate Leg Modifications
Your Rollershutter comes supplied with a Standard box end plate, which you will need to modifying. This is only for headbox sizes 180 mm, 205 mm, and 230 mm. The 250 mm and the 300 mm headbox does not require this modification.
Lug Removal
Use a hacksaw to remove this part of the lug. This will allow the end plate leg to slide on to the box end plate.
Install Leg
Now the lug is removed, slide the box end insert into place and slide on the end plate leg.
