Cable Hole for Battery Only
This process below is not required for electric Commercial Roller Shutters.
If you are unable to fit the Battery Cable in the cavity wall, you will need to follow the steps below.
Step 1
Headbox Sizes: 250mm and 300mm only
Drill a 10mm hole as shown in the diagram. This will allow the battery cable from the headbox to be inserted down the guide leg. Then you can feed the cable through the guide leg and then down the guide to the cable exit hole.
Step 1
Cable Hole: Endplate Leg
Headbox Sizes: 180mm,205mm, and 230mm
The End Plate leg will need to be modified. Use a hacksaw to remove the end part of the leg (refer to diagram) this will then allow you to drill an 8mm hole through the leg (refer to diagram).

Step 2
Cable Hole: 
Headbox Sizes: Endplate 180mm,205mm, and 230mm
With the Endplate leg in position drill an 8mm hole through the Endplate.
This will allow the battery cable from the headbox to be inserted down the guide leg.

Step 3
Cable Hole: Box End insert 
Headbox Sizes: 180mm,205mm, and 230mm
Fit the Box End insert and drill through. This will allow the battery cable from the headbox to be inserted down the guide leg. Then you can feed the cable through the guide leg and then down the guide to the cable exit hole.
